Echoes of the Mountain

A Spring Alignment Retreat in London

Saturday, 16 May 2026
49 Kentish Town Road, London

A half-day immersive journey into mindfulness, voice, vibration and renewal

A curated gathering where sound becomes landscape, and voice becomes a pathway back to self.

Echoes from the Mountain invites you into a shared field of stillness, expression, and resonance – guided by meditation, vocal exploration, and deep sonic immersion.

The Journey

Mountain Stillness, A Guided Mindfulness Meditation

with Martyna Raczka (25 minutes)

A gentle grounding into presence. Through breath and awareness, you are guided into stillness — like the mountain itself: steady, spacious, and unmoving.

Voice DNA, Embodiment & Sonic Play

with Uran Apak (55 minutes)

An immersive and safe participatory journey exploring voice as expression, energy, and instrument. Through guided vocal exploration and live looping, your voice becomes part of a collective soundscape — raw, evolving, and alive.

Deep Resonance & Integration

A Closing Sound Journey with Marco Florio (45 minutes)

A restorative immersion into ancient vibrations. Guiding you through sound frequencies and tonal landscapes, this session invites the body into deep rest. Vibrations work subtly through the nervous system — supporting release, recalibration, and integration.

This is a space for surrender and stillness after expression.

The Invitation

We gather not to add more, but to return— to stillness, to voice, to what is already within.

Echoes from the Mountain offers a rare space to pause, listen, and realign through sound and shared presence.

Like the mountain, steady through shifting seasons, this is a space to soften, to listen, and to remember. Through voice, vibration, and collective presence, we return to a quieter, deeper truth and rhythm within.

Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience. Early access tickets are limited. We encourage you to secure your place early.

Supporting Source Mountain

Proceeds from this gathering contribute to the Future Stewards Leadership Programme — strengthening educational pathways and cultural continuity in high-altitude mountain communities. If you would like to extend your support, you can add a Future Stewards Contribution to your cart before checkout.
