2026 Winter Reset - Meditation, Sound Bath & Reiki

In partnership with East Asian Girl Gang

3pm – 5pm | 10 January 2026 | £30 per person

Begin the year not with noise — but with stillness.

In the quiet depth of winter, you are invited to pause, soften, and realign. Join us this January for a deeply immersive New Year ritual combining sound, meditation and Reiki, curated in partnership with East Asian Girl Gang — an afternoon designed to gently clear the past year and open space for what lies ahead.

Guided by sonic alchemist Marco Florio and master reiki practitioner, Wendy Chan this intimate gathering offers a rare opportunity to restore balance through sound, stillness and subtle energy work.

An intrepid traveler whose path has taken him across the Himalayas, Mongolia and the Atlas Mountains, Marco brings rare depth to his practice — infused with the silence, strength and spaciousness of high places. Through an intuitive weaving of gongs, Himalayan bowls and voice, he creates a meditative landscape where time slows and the inner world is softly illuminated. This is not a performance, but a sanctuary.

Alongside the sound journey, Wendy will offer Reiki throughout the session, gently supporting the release of energetic blockages and encouraging flow, rest and renewal. Her work creates a quiet field of care — subtle, yet profound.

Come wrapped in warmth. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel deeply held and at ease.

We close with gentle mountain teas, refreshments and quiet reflection.

Spaces are limited to eight people for this intimate winter gathering.

Book to begin 2026 in stillness, clarity and grace.

**Our impact: This gathering exists not only as a space for personal restoration, but as a contribution to something wider.

Proceeds from this event directly support children’s education in remote mountain communities, helping provide access to learning in regions where geography, climate and economic isolation often limit opportunity.

We believe that wellbeing is not only personal, but collective — and that nourishment of the inner world should be matched by care for the outer one. By attending, you are helping fund educational pathways for children growing up in some of the world’s highest, harshest and most beautiful landscapes.

This is quiet impact and a reminder that small gatherings can create real change.
